They messed up my to-go order. I was told there was two things of syrup in my bag so I did not ask for more, there was only one. My waffle tasted kinda dry, especially since there wasn’t enough syrup
I tried to make an order on my way home and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to take my order. I kept callimg for 30 mins. repeatedly and kept getting a recorder telling me to call back. When I got there and spoke with the Cashier to inquire as to why noone could take my order by phone, she told me that she was sorry that they were really busy. I did not hear the phone ringing so I called the phone while I was inside the building and it did not ring. How are people supposed to call in and make their pick-up orders if the phones are not ringing and they are not taking the orders that are called in due to being too busy?
